摘要
建立了住宅开发企业竞争力评价指标体系,给出了住宅开发企业竞争力评价的模糊数学方法和具体应用 实例,为住宅开发企业识别自身竞争力状况提供了理论参考。
The paper establishes the assessment index system and presents fuzzy mathematics method for competence assessment in housing development enterprise.An application example is also put forward.The result can offer reference basis for competence assessment in housing development enterprise.
