摘要
知识管理作为知识经济时代的智力资产管理方式,具有推动知识创造、实现知识共享的能力;而协同商务正是基于信息和知识共享的第三代电子集市。从这二者的共同点与融合点——“信息共享”的角度,论述了基于协同商务的知识管理特点及管理策略。
As a pattern of managing intellectual assets in the period of knowledge economics, KM (knowledge management)have the capacity of driving the knowledge creating and sharing.And CC (collaborative commerce) is the third generation a market based on the platform of the sharing of information and knowledge.This article is based on 'information sharing', the common ground and intersection between CC and KM,to elaborate the characteristics and managing strategies of the knowledge management based on Collaborative Commerce.
