摘要
由PV曲线分析法得出的水分生理特征值π_p,π_o,RWC(P_(vat)=0)以及ε是鉴别杨树耐旱能力的良好指标。应用这些指标可以对树木的耐旱能力进行早期鉴定,缩短育种进程。实验结果表明:无性系80106和80105的耐早能力较强,I-69和80104较弱,80116和80118居中。文中还对小枝整体弹性模数ε的应用进行了新的探讨。
Some water physiological values analyzed from PV-curves of Aigeiros clone branches were good indexes to distinguish the drought tolerance ability of poplar. Appling these indexes, the ability could be evaluated in early period, and the breeding process would be shortened. The experimental results showed that the drought tolerance of Aigeiros clones 80105 and 80106 was strongest, I-69 and 80104 weakest, 80116 and 80118 in the middle. The new use of the elastic modulus of the bulk branch has been discussed.
