知识经济时代 ,知识已经逐渐成为房地产经济增长的主要驱动力量 ,房地产业的可持续发展 ,不仅意味着对自然资源的集约利用 ,也意味着房产品生产过程的绿色化、房产品的绿色化和居民住房消费观念的绿色化。
In Knowledge-based economy, Knowledge has been become a main drive force in the real estate economy increasing. Accordingly, the sustainable development of real estate means not only the intensive use of natural resources, but also making the house commodity-producing course, house commodities and the notional of resident housing consumption into greenness.
