The Strategy of "Going-out" Frem the Viewpoint of Goverument

“走出去”战略是党中央在世纪之交根据国内外形势做出的重大战略决策 ,这一战略要取得成功 ,政府的作用不可缺少。而目前政府及其政策体制方面的弊端 ,抑制了企业“走出去”的积极性。对这些问题进行分析并提出相关的对策建议。

According to the world economic sitration, China has made going out' strategy in the early of 21 century. Without the government support, this strategy can not succeed. While some problems still existing in the government and the institutional defects get in the way as enterpises develop tlemselves. Therefore, this paper analysis's these problems and gives some suggestion.
