教育消费维权问题存在的逻辑起点在于学生的教育消费主体地位,以及教育生产者与消费者的平等教育契约关系。关注并切实维护教育消费权益是我国全面建设小康社会中提高教育消费质量,从而全面提高生活质量,推进三个文明协调发展的有效途径。教育消费维权的内容表现在三个方面,我国当前尤其要加强私立教育或民办教育的消费维权工作。

The logic starting point for the existence of safeguarding consumers' rights and interests in education is the subject status of students in education consumption and the equal relationship of education contract between education producers and consumers. Paying attention to and practically maintaining consumers' rights and interests in education is an effective way of improving education consumption quality, thus improving overall life quality and promoting the coordinated development of the material, spiritual and ecological civilizations in the all-around construction of the well-off society. China presently should particularly strengthen the maintenance of consumers' rights and interests in private education.
