摘要
用自编的工作动机问卷对743名企事业单位的员工的工作动机进行测量,结果表明:工作人员的内在动机仍然是主要的工作动机,但在工作动机的不同维度上,随着职业,单位性质,则各有不同。
This research is designed to explore the employees′ work motivation in enterprises and public services.It is conducted with the self-made work maotivation questionnaire.The result is :the main work motivation is internal motivation.Thi work motivation in every dimension is different from the employees who are in different units and in different occupations.
