On Improving the Developing Environment of the Nongovernmental Business in Our Province

目前,黑龙江省在市场准入、资金融通、税费政策和法律保护等方面存在诸多制约民营企业成长的障碍。为此,应采取调整市场准入政策,加快金融体制改革,拓宽融资渠道,推进税费改革,健全法律制度等一系列的为民营企业保驾护航的有利措施,以消除民营企业发展的环境制约障碍,从而促进民营企业持续健康发展。

Presently, the development of the nongovernmental businesses is counteracted by many factors such as market admittance, financing, taxation and legal protection. Therefore, we should adjust the policy of market admittance, fasten the reform of financing system, detect the ways of financing, impel the reform of taxation and perfect the legal system so that we may afford favorable measures for the enterprises, eliminate the environmental barricades and make them develop healthily and persistently.
