The Empirical Analysis on Heilongjiang's Township Inhabitants' Consumption Structure

如何拉动消费需求,解决有效需求不足的矛盾是当前政府经济工作的主要内容。以2000—2002年黑龙江统计年鉴为依据,利用线性支出系统分析黑龙江省城镇居民基本需求构成、恩格尔系数、边际预算倾向、需求收入弹性等指标,明确居民消费结构演变的内在规律及对国民经济发展和产业结构变动的影响,为进一步启动国内消费市场,调整产业结构,保持国民经济健康、协调发展提供有效的政策建议。

One of the major tasks for various levels of the government is how to stimulate demands for consumption and solve the problem of insufficient effective demand. Based on the Heilongjiang statistical yearbook(2000—2002), By using the Linear Expenditure System of Stone and through the indexes such as the basic demand composing, Engel coefficient, marginal budget tendency, demand-income elasticity and so on, we can make clear the inherent pattern of township inhabitants' consumption structure and its influence on the development of our national economy, and thus provide effective policy and advice to further start the domestic consuming market, adjust the production structure and keep our national economy developing in a healthy and harmonious way.
