摘要
尼康公司为了解决管理中出现的新问题,引入了主题知识系统,这实际上就是一种全新的管理思想与模式———知识管理。知识管理是知识经济时代对企业管理提出的客观要求。它把知识看作是可开发的资源,是企业整合与利用知识资源的有效方式;是企业提高竞争力、创新力和学习能力、建立学习型组织的新途径。
Nikon corporation used topic-knowledge-system to solve new problems appeared in management, which is actually a completely new managerial concept and pattern—knowledge management. KN is an external requirement brought by enterprise management in knowledge era. KN regards knowledge as a resource that can be exploited, which is a effective way to converge and make use of knowledge resource, a up-to-date approach to improve the abilities of enterprises to compete, to innovate to study and to establish learning organization.
