走新型工业化道路是党的十六大提出的全面建设小康社会的战略性举措。"三农"问题是工业化题中应有之意,纵观人类社会的工业化进程,在对待"三农"问题上,有许多经验和教训值得我们借鉴和吸收;我国"三农"的特殊性,决定了"三农"问题在我国新型工业化道路中具有特殊重要性;解决我国"三农"问题,当务之急是增加农民收入、推进城镇化和大力发展乡镇企业。

Taking the route of new type industrialization is a strategic measure put forward in the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.There are many lessons we should learn on the 'tri-agro'problem in the course of industrialization.The specific characteristics of our'tri-agro'determines the special importance in our new type industrialization.Therefore,the urgent problem to be solved now is to increase farmer's income,to improve urbanization and develop rural and small town enterprises.
