The economic attributes of land resources on the theory and application levels are analyzed. It also employs the Marginal Output Theory to explain the function mechanism of rent and its present types. On the merit bases,the fundamental links between the rent and land price are discussed. Moreover,it also makes an analysis on the main factors that influence the land and real estate market and explores the relationship of the supply and demand in the real estate market. It is supposed that the conclusions and suggestions will make great contributions to the actions of developers and the administrators.
