摘要
连栽杉木中毒的原因一直认为是土壤酚类物质积累的结果。实际上是不同种类酚类物质导致生长素氧化酶的活性不同,并进一步致使生长素(吲哚乙酸)分解或积累,从而促进或抑制植物生长。土壤养分(N)缺乏,酚积累,最终导致多酚氧化酶活性增强。
The toxicosis of Chinese fir planting repeated in the same site has been thought to be the result of phenol accumulation in soil. In fact, each kind of phenol has an effect on the activity of auxin oxidase, and the activity of auxin oxidase determines the quantity of IAA which promotes or suppresses the growth of Chinese fir. Nitrogen absence results in phenol accumulation which results in an increase in the activity of phenolase.
