摘要
目的 :对无精症患者生精细胞和精浆生化结果进行分析。方法 :对 92例无精症患者 ,采用瑞吉氏染色法进行生精细胞检测 ,吲哚法和Cooper法分别进行果糖和中性α 葡糖苷酶测定。结果 :92例无精症患者中 ,6 1例未检出生精细胞 ,其中 37例果糖阴性 ,中性α 葡糖苷酶降低 :6例果糖正常 ,仅中性α 葡糖苷酶降低 :18例果糖和中性α 葡糖苷酶均正常。 31例发现生精细胞 ,其中处于精子细胞水平 18例、次级精母细胞水平 10例、初级精母细胞水平 2例、精原细胞水平 1例 ,其中 2 8例果糖和中性α 葡糖苷酶均正常 ,3例仅果糖降低。结论
Objectives To detect spermatogenic cells and biochemical criterion for patients with aspermia. Methods In the 92 patients with aspermia, spermatogenic cells was detected by Wright Giemsa stain , and fructose was detected by indol assay ,neutral a glucocidase was detected by Cooper method. Results Among the 61 of 92 patients weren't found spermatogenic cells.The fructose in 37 cases patients were negative, and depressed neutral a glucosidase. Fructose in 6 cases were normal and depressed neutral a glucosidase; Fructose and neutral a glucosidase of 18 cases were both normal. Spermatogenic cells in 18 of 31 cases detected were spermatid stage ,10 of secondary spermatocytes stage, 2 of primary spermatocytes stage and 1 of spermatogonia stage . Among the 31 cases, their fructose and neutral a glucosidase were both normal ,but 3 cases of only depressed fructose. Conclusion Analys of spermatogenic cells and biochemical criterion is rather important in diagnosing the cause of aspermia.
