本名录是关于莫干山风景区昆虫区系资源的第1个系统名录,收列莫干山昆虫22目153科1102种,包括了重要的林木害虫、资源昆虫以及部分卫生害虫。其中有33新种,4中国新记录种,以莫干山为模式产地的68种,以莫干山命名的13种。

This list of insects includs 1 102 species collected from Mt. Mogan in Zhejiang Province, east China, Which belongs to 22 orders and 153 families. Among them 68 species take Mt. Mogan as type localities or one of the localities, 13 species are named after Mt. Mogan, 33 species are new to sience and 4 species are new records for the first time from China.
