扩张型心肌病致恶性心律失常的抢救与护理

Resuscation and nursing about malignant arrythmia induced by dialeted cardiomyopathy

目的 :总结扩张型心肌病致恶性心律失常的护理经验。方法 :回顾分析扩张型心肌病致恶性心律失常 17例的临床资料。结果 :由于发现病情及时 ,具备熟练的抢救操作技术及精心护理 ,挽救了患者的生命。结论 :恶性心律失常一旦发生 ,应当机立断行同步、非同步电击复律 ,同时密切观察病情变化 ,预防并发症 ,掌握抗心律失常药物的应用及副作用 ,并做好心理护理及基础护理。

Objective:To conclude nursing experiences about malignant arrythmia induced by DCM.Method:17 cases DCM with arrythnia clinical data had been retrospectively analyzed.Result:All 17 patients survived with timely diagnosis,careful resuscation technique and nursing.Conclusion:Timely resuscation careful observation complication prevention and psychological,basic nursing are important for resuccation of DCM patiente.
