摘要
阐述了基于USB总线的GPIB控制器的设计 ,利用USB控制芯片CY680 13和GPIBNAT 9914芯片 ,实现了仪器的程控和通信。USB GPIB控制器的研究成功对自动测试系统的组建具有十分重要的作用 ,简化了系统组建 ,并具有即插即用功能。
A method of designing a controller of GPIB based on USB is described.By using the special chip CY68013 of USB,and NAT 9914 of GPIB,the programming control and communication of instruments can be achieved. It is important to construct automate test system and convenient to operate because of its’ plug-and-play function.
