An Inquiry Into Control Tactics of Forest Plant Insects—Three Major Quarantine Objects in China

对我国森林植物三大检疫对象——松材线虫、松突圆蚧和美国白蛾的疫情作了基本分析后,进而从投资、技术、指挥和防御四个方面的防治策略作了探索。认为,在防治策略上应本着“图于未然。治于无事”的宗旨,今后投资必须用在害虫发生的前面;对害虫的治理上必须坚持治早治小治了的原则;在具体实施时必须是局部戒严和联合行动。

Thc pine nematode, the coccidae, and the American white moth - are threemajor quarantine objects of forest plant in China. An analysis of their epidemic situationwas basically made, and an inquiry into the control tactics - such as tactics of investment,technology, inctruction, and defence - was made as well. As a result, the authors suggest:the aim of the control tactics should be like this: 'making control plan and taking controlmeasures before the epidemics occur'. From now on, the investment should be gaven beforethe quarantine objects are discovered. The control measures should be taken as early andthoroughly as possible, when the epidamic situation is not severe. It is also necessary todraw sanitary cordons and take joint actions when the situation is severe.
