玉环柚果实发育后期内源激素IAA、GA_3和ABA的含量及分布规律的初步研究

Prelimiary Research on the Contents of Three Endogenous-hormones(IAA,GA_3,ABA)and Their Distribution Law in Fruit of Yuhuan Citrus grandis During Later-Developing Stage

在玉环柚果实发育后期,应用高效液相色谱仪对玉环柚不同品系(无核和有核)营养体和果实各部位内的IAA、GA_3和ABA三种内源激素含量及分布动态的测定,找出了不同品系之间的差异,并提出其内源激素与果实发育及裂果的关系。

With the help of high-performauce liquid chromatography, developmentanalyses were made on the contents and distribution of the 3 kinds of hormones, IAA,GA_3 and ABA, in nutriments and fruits of Yuhuan Citrus grandis of the different strains inlater-stage developing. The difference of contents and distribution law of the above hormonesbetween the two different stains are revealed, and the velations between endogenous hormonesand development (ordebiscent) fruit are enpounded in this paper.
