摘要
优质教育资源的严重缺乏,以及人们对此产生的日益激烈的竞争性需求,使教育“寻租”成为可能。教育“寻租”有体制内“寻租”和体制外“寻租”,南京地区基础教育中教育“寻租”的种种现象,有一定的社会原因。
It is the serious lack of high qualit y educational resources and people' s increasingly competitive needs that make the seeking -for -ren t education possible.Seeking -for -rent education differentiates it as in-side -the -system and outside -the -s ystem.The educational seeking -for-rent phenomena of elementary edu-cation in Nanjing have their social r easons.
