摘要
未来社会需要“完人”,未来教育培养“完人”。全面发展性学生评价是从“表面到本质”的深刻评价,从“抽象到具体”的目标评价,从“幼儿到高中”的综合评价,从“家庭到教室”的全面评价。全面发展性学生评价观:评价方向,是一切为了未来全面发展;目的,是促进全体学生的充分、主动、全面发展;功能,是全面开发、全面激励、全面发展;内容,是精神、知识、身体、个性、能力;标准,是多维、多元、灵活、立体;过程,是全程、全息、动态化;主体,是民主参与、多边互动、内外结合;方法,是多样、灵活、全面、有效。
The future society needs,and the fut ure education trains people of overa ll development.The eval-uation of students with the standard of overall development is the comple te evaluation from the appearance to the essence,the objective evaluation f rom the abstract to the concrete,the comprehensive evaluation from the p reschool to the senior high school,the overall evaluation from the home to the classroom.Its evaluating direction is t he overall development in the future;its aim is to help all the students develop fully,comprehensively and on their own i ni-tiative;its function is to exploit,inspire and develop in an all -round way;its content is spirit,knowledge,physical body,personality and ability;its c riterion is multi -dimensional,mul ti -polarized,flexible and stereoscopic;its process is holographic and dynamic;its principal sector is democratic p articipation,multilateral intera ction,com-bination of inside and outside;and i ts method is diversified,flexible,overall and effective.
