摘要
目的 :建立白花蛇舌草中齐墩果酸与熊果酸的含量测定方法。方法 :色谱柱为NucledureC18 柱 ,流动相为乙腈 -磷酸盐缓冲液 (45∶55) ,检测波长为220nm。结果 :齐墩果酸的平均回收率为 (96 79±2 42) % ,熊果酸的平均回收率为 (97 15±2 33) %。结论 :本方法可同时测定齐墩果酸和熊果酸的含量 。
OBJECTIVE:To develop a RP-HPLC method for simultaneous determination of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in Hedyotis diffusa.METHODS:The optimum HPLC conditions were as follows:Nucledure C 18 column(4.6mm×150mm);mobile phase:acetonitrile-potassium phosphate,pH=7.84(45∶55);detection wavelength:220nm.RESULTS:The average recoveries of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid were(96.79±2.42)%and(97.15±2.33)%respectively.CONCLUSION:The met_ hod could detect oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in Hedyotis diffusa simultaneously.It could be used in the quality control of the herb.
