摘要
目的测定真菌竹黄中过氧麦角甾醇的含量。方法用乙酸乙醇回流提取,以水萃取,经理化性质和光谱鉴别确认。结果其中一个为较少见的过氧甾醇,即5α8α-过氧麦角甾-622E-二烯-3β-醇。结论真菌竹黄中含有极小量的过氧麦角甾醇。
s:To determine the contents of peroxy-ergosterol in fungus zhu huang.Reflux and extraction by alcohol and acetic acid, extraction by water, identification and ascertainment by physics chemistry character and spectrum. One of them is a rarely seen peroxy-ergosterol, that is 5α,8α-peroxy-ergosterd-6, 22E-Diene-3β-alcohol. [Conclusion]Fungus Zhuhuang contains extremely small quantity of peroxy-ergosterol.
