摘要 目的:测定伊曲康唑、两性霉素B和氟康唑对曲霉和酵母菌的体外抗菌活性。方法:采用Etest法测定伊曲康唑、两性霉素B和氟康唑对40株曲霉和163株酵母菌的体外最小抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果:对烟曲霉、黄曲霉和构剿曲霉,伊曲康唑比两性霉素B和氟康唑有较低的MIC值,3种药的MIC值范围分别(0.125-1.5),(0.25-64)和(192->512)mg·L-1。对白念珠菌、热带念珠菌和近平滑念珠菌,3种药均有较低的MIC值,其MIC范围均为(0.004-12)mg·L-1。对光滑念珠菌和克柔念珠菌,氟康唑的MIC50分别为48和128mg·L-1,MIC90分别为512和256mg·L-1,高于两性霉素B(MIC50分别为0.38和lmg·L-1,MIC90分别为0.75和1.5mg·L-1)和伊曲康唑(MIC50分别为4和lmg·L-1,MIC90分别为64和3mg·L-1)。结论:伊曲康唑对多数曲霉和酵母菌有较好的体外抗菌活性。 Objective:To detect in vitro antimicrobial activities of itraconazole,amphotericin B and fluconazole against aspergillus and yeast. Method: MICs of itraconazole, amphotericin B and flu-conazole were detected against 40 strains of aspergillus and 163 strains of yeasts by E-test method. Results: Against Aspergillus fumigatus , Aspergillus flavus ,and Aspergillus nidulans isolated,MIC values of itraconazole were lower than those of amphotericin B and fluconazole. The MIC ranges of the three kinds of antifungal agents were in (0. 125- 1. 5), (0. 25-64) and (192- >512)mg·L-1 ,respectively. Against Candida albicans , Candida tropicalis , and Candida parapsilosis, MIC values of the 3 kinds of antifungal agents were low, their MIC ranges were all in 0. 004 - 12mg· L-1 . Against Candida glabrata and Candida krucei, MIC values of fluconazole (MIC50 = 48 and 128mg·L-1, MIC90=512 and 256mg·L-1) were higher than those of amphotericin B ( MIC50 = 0. 38 and 1mg· L-1,MIC90 = 0. 75 and 1.5mg· L -1, respectively) and itraconazole ( MIC50 = 4 and Img · L-1, MIC90=64 and 3mg·L-1, respectively). Conclusions: Against most aspergillus and yeast isolated,i-traconazole exhibited in vitro better antimicrobial activities.
