摘要
提出一种利用茶厂下脚料提取茶多酚的新工艺.该工艺采用对人体无害的沉淀剂与溶解剂,不用或少用有机溶剂进行提取,有显著的社会效益与经济效益.
A new technological process to extract tea poyphenol from tea waste was put forward. The technological process used cheap and easy obtainable raw material, harmless precipitating agent and solution agent and no or little organical solvent to produce tea poly phenol.
