The Developing of Management System for Conservation Tillage Data Information

基于Windows 2000Server平台,利用ASP编程语言及Oracle数据库,开发了保护性耕作信息管理系统。该系统可以实现如下功能:县级示范基地通过网络上报数据,省级管理员有权管理本省内的各种数据,部级管理员有权管理全国的数据。数据上报并经管理员审核后,可以自动保存到后台数据库,并在数字地图上显示相关信息。

A management information system for the National Conservation Tillage Demonstration Project was developed with Windows 2000serever, ASP and Oracle Database Management System. Using this system, the county demonstration sites can report project data through Internet. And the provincial administrators have the authorities to manage all kinds of local data within the province. The central administrator from the Ministry can control all the national data. Upon being checked by the administrators, all the reported data are automatically saved in the background database, and then the related information for each site and province can be shown in the foreground Digital Map.
