摘要
本文报告了珍稀、濒危昆虫——中华虎凤蝶半纯饲料的二次正交筛选结果.方差分析表明:干酪素、抗坏血酸、酵母粉和杜衡叶粉的含量是影响该蝶幼虫历期、化蛹率及蛹重的主要因子;饲料经高压灭菌易导致化蛹率显著下降.17种配方中有5种较好.其中最佳配方的饲养结果:幼虫平均历期41.83天化蛹率50.00%,平均蛹重340.38mg,羽化率40.00%.鲜叶对照分别为:36.80天,69.43%,352.68mg和60.98%.
This paper deals with the selection through two orthogonal experiments of mericlic diets of Luehdorfia chinensis. The variance analysis results indicated that:the content of caesin,vitamin C,yeasty flour or leaf flour of Asarums forbesii was main factor influencing the larval stadium,pupation rate and pupal weight of the butterfly ;the pupation rate of the larvae grown on the pressure-sterilized diets decreased distinctly. Five diet formulae among seventeen ones showed better effects. Reared with the best one,the mean total larval stadium, pupation rate,mean pupal weight and emergence rate of the butterfly were 41. 83 days, 50. 00% ,340. 38 mg and 40. 00% ,respectively. These indexes of the check reared with fresh leaves were 36. 80 days,69. 43% ,352. 68 mg and 60. 98% , respectively.
