摘要
2ZBJ—50型制钵机是机械化育苗移栽机具的配套设备。制钵机主要用于制作棉花、玉米带种营养钵,自动化水平高,能够连续完成由营养土和种子到营养钵的生产过程,生产率可达50000株/h。为此对制钵育苗生产线中的型孔板刷轮式苗盘精播装置的刷种轮直径进行了理论分析和设计计算。
ZBJ-50 earthen bowl manufacture machine is a complete sets of mechanization planting and transplanting implement.It is mainly used in making cotton and corn seed nutrition bowl.It has high level of automation and can finish the productive process from nutrition soil、seed to nutrition bowl continuously.The productivity reaches 50000 plants per hour.To theoretically analyze and design diameter of Brush Seed Wheel on type hole scrubbing brush wheeled precision drilling shoot of production line device.
