摘要 结合DNA-DAPI荧光显微术和冬青油透明技术,研究了茶树花粉离休萌发过程中的核行为.着重报道了营养核的动态变化以及花粉管中雄性生殖单位的形成和解散,在此基础上,结合现有文献资料试从分子水平上探讨了营养核的可能功能. The dynamic changes of vegetative nuclei ( VN ),the formation and dismissing of male germ unit (MGU)in pollen tubes were studied by DNA-DAPT fluorescence microscopy together with methyl salicylate clearing technique. Based on the present observations and previously reported facts,the physiological functions of VN and MGU were discussed. The multiplicity of morphology of VN and the presence of associate-DNA between VN and generative cell as well as sperm cells just formed showed that VN may play an important role during the stages of generative cell division,sperm cell formation and development.
