兰州铁路客运站布局与西客站重建的思考

Thoughts on The Arrangement of Lanzhou Railway Passenger Station and Rebuilding of West Passenger Station

改革开放以来,兰州社会经济飞速发展,城市面貌焕然一新。受狭长地域空间制约,东西近百里的兰州市区,其政治、经济、文化、科技中心在不断向西扩展延伸,一个崭新的兰州新城将诞生在西城区。重建兰州西客站是"西部大开发"的需要,是兰州大发展的需要,也是兰州人民的夙愿。兰州西客站的扩建是集经济效益、环境效益和社会效益为一体的百年大计,将会对兰州地区人们的社会生活产生深远的影响。

After opening and reformation,social economy and urban appearance of Lanzhou have been developed rapidly.With the limitation of narrow and long formation of territory,Lanzhou city centers,its political,cultural,economic and scientific centers,with near one hundred miles,have been expanded toward the west continuously.A new Lanzhou City will be born in west district.Therefore,to rebuild Lanzhou west passenger station is necessary for the develop-in-west and the development of Lanzhou.It also is the hope which people in Lanzhou have longed for a long time.The extension of west passenger station is a big project which needs to give consideration to economic returns,social effect and environment effect and it will have profound significance for social lives of Lanzhou' s people.
