On Improvement of Central Competition Force of Medium and Small-Sized Enterprises in Western China after Entry into WTO

面对中国加入WTO的新机遇和严峻挑战,理论界、企业界都在研究应对策略。对于西部地区的中小企业来说,因受诸多因素困扰,其发展后劲严重不足。要想在激烈的市场竞争中求得生存和发展,惟一的出路是提高核心竞争力。

After China' s entry into WTO,the theorists and entrepreneurs are all pondering on how to improve central competition force.The medium and small-sized enterprises in Western China are facing serious difficulties in their development because of obstructions from lots of factors. The only way to survive in the sharp competition brought by WTO is to improve their central competition force.
