摘要
鉴定与筛选来自国内外938份蚕豆种质对赤斑病(Botrytis fabae Sard.)的抗性,结果表明:中抗品种96份,占总数10.23%;中感品种386份,占41.15%;感病品种295份,占31.45%;高感品种161份,占17.16%.中抗品种来自蚕豆赤斑病常年发生严重的浙江、湖南、江苏、湖北等省.品种抗性类型与该病引起产量损失、粒色和粒型大小的关系分析显示,中抗品种在该病流行年份,不施药防治也能保持较稳定的产量,说明能基本控制该病流行为害;中抗品种的籽粒以中粒型为主,仅有极少数材料为大粒型,而且其粒色以绿色为主,乳白色和浅绿色有一定比例.
A replicated screening technique with an artificial inoculation in field was used to evaluate broad bean germplasm accessions for resistance to chocolate spot in 1986-1990. Results showed that in 938 accessions of broad bean tested,96,386, 161 and 295 accessions were moderately resistant,moderately susceptible.highly susceptible and susceptible to B.fabae,accounting for 10. 23,41.15,17.16 and 31. 45% of the total,respectively. The modertely resistant accessions were mostly distributed in the areas where chocolate spot of broad bean severely occured,such as Zhejiang,Hunan,Jiangsu and Hubei, provinces in China.The relation of varietal resistant level to yield loss,seed colour and seed size type revealed that seed yield of moderately resistant accessions were predominantely with medium seed size and green seed coat maintained stably in the epidemic circumstance of the disease.
