摘要
用杂交瘤技术所生产的单克隆抗体,为制备特异性抗体及钧端螺旋体(钩体)的分型研究提供新的试剂.我们应用国内标准株秋季型钧体建立了3个杂交瘤细胞株,定名为LA_(11),LA_(15),LA_(13).它们对秋季型钩体均有特异性反应.杂交瘤细胞注入同系小鼠腹腔,可诱生高效价单克隆抗体腹水.杂交瘤细胞培养上清液经鉴定分别属IgG_1,IgG_2,IgM. 应用多种钩体活抗原混合免疫接种BALB/C小鼠、取其脾细胞与FO骨髓瘤细胞融合,在一次融合中成功地建立了差异较大的不同亚类杂交瘤细胞株,这在动物方面国内尚未见报导.
Three hybrid cell lines specifically against leptospira autumnalis (56606) were produced. They were named LAu, LA 15 and LA13. It was found that three cell lines respectively belonged to IgG1. IgG2, and IgM3. Mice injected with liquid paraffin followed by intraperitoneal injection with one of those hybridoma cells could produce ascites antibodies. It has not been reported in China that different hybrid cell lines were produced by fusing splenocytes of BALB/C mice immunized with three liviniz Leptospira tosether to mouse myeloma cell FO.
