摘要
介绍蒽醌法生产双氧水装置中,用活性炭纤维吸附和透平膨胀制冷两种技术处理氧化尾气的原理、工艺流程。通过对用两种技术的两套尾气处理装置的比较,指出现阶段透平膨胀制冷技术是一项高效节能技术,在蒽醌法生产双氧水装置上具有良好的应用前途。
It mainly introduces two technical principle and process flow of activated carbon fiber adsorption and turbine expansion refrigeration used in off-gas treatment in hydrogen peroxide production by anthraquinone process.Through comparing with their main feature and recovery ratio,it indicates that at present technology of turbine expansion refrigeration is high efficiency and energy saving,it will represent ideal applied prospect.
