《中华麻醉学杂志》随机对照临床试验文献方法学评价

Methodological Evaluation of Clinical Randomized Controlled Trials in ZHONGHUA MAZUIXUE ZAZHI

目的 :评价《中华麻醉学杂志》临床治疗随机对照试验论文的设计和撰写现状。方法 :逐期逐页人工检索《中华麻醉学杂志》 1999～ 2 0 0 3年中发表的临床治疗试验 ,根据Cochrane中心手检指南对其中的RCT进行严格鉴定。结果 :5 7期共刊登临床研究论文 378篇 ,其中RCT2 2 1篇 ,占 5 8 4 7%。结论 :《中华麻醉学杂志》临床治疗随机对照试验论文数呈逐年增加 ,但也存在一些问题 ,其质量仍有待提高。

Objective:To evaluate the current situation of the design of the Randomized controlled trials(RCT)in ZHONGHUA MAZUIXUE ZAZHI from 1999 to 2003.Methods:The clinical therapeutic studies in ZHONGHUA MAZUIXUE ZAZHI from 1999 to 2003 were checked over page by page to identify strictly the Randomized controlled trials according to Cochrane Center hand search guideline.Result:378 papers of clinical inverstigations were published in 57 volumes of ZHONGHUA MAZUIXUE ZAZHI,among which,there were 221 papers of RCT.Conclusion:Although the quanity of RCT in the ZHONGHUA MAZUIXUE ZAZHI has been increased significantly year by year,but there still exist some problems,the quality of RCT papers needs more improvement to guarantee RCR to be more precise as it demands.
