摘要
目的 :探讨伴品行障碍的注意缺陷多动障碍 (简称ADHD +CD)的相关危险因素 ,为ADHD +CD的预防、干预提供理论依据。方法 :采用自制问卷和家庭环境量表对 5 0例ADHD +CD患者和 5 0例正常儿童进行测验 ,将结果进行x2 检验和Logistic回归分析。结果 :1 与对照组相比 ,ADHD +CD组的阳性家族史、母孕期患病及服药、异常分娩、出生体重偏低、早期发育延迟、软体征和既往病史的发生率高 ;父母关系不良、管教方法粗暴、父母及老人管教态度不一致的发生率高。 2 ADHD +CD患者家庭的亲密度、情感表达、知识性、娱乐性、组织性和道德宗教观得分低于对照组家庭 ;而矛盾性则高于正常对照家庭。 3 管教方法粗暴或放纵、低情感表达和家庭矛盾性高是ADHD +CD的相关危险因素。结论 :管教方法粗暴、低情感表达和家庭矛盾性高是ADHD +CD的相关危险因素。
Objective:To explore the associated risk factors of ADHD combined with conduct disorders(ADHD+CD),so as to provide evidence to its prevention.Methods:We investigated 50 ADHD+CD and 50 normal children,using self-designed questionnaire,Family Environment Scale-Chinese Edition(FES-CV).data were analyzed by SPSS10.0(Statistical Package for the Social Science)on computer.Results:1.Compared with normal children,ADHD+CD has higher occurrence rate in familial history of psychiatric disorders,mother's medical and administration history during pregnant,abnormal delivery,low birth weight,development retardation,soft sign,illness history and family problems,such as bad parents relations,rude education methods and its consistency.2.ADHD+CD has lower score in cohesion,expression,intellectual-cultural orientation,active-recreational orientation,moral-religious emphasis and organization,but has higher conflict score in FES-CV than normal family.3.Low expression,rude education method and family conflict are the associated risk factors of ADHD+CD.Conclusion:Rude education methods,high expression and family conflict are the risk factors of ADHD+CD.
