冠心病患者自我概念的调查分析

Analysis of Self-Concept in Coronary Heart Disease

目的 :了解冠心病患者的自我概念水平。方法 :应用自我概念量表对 117例住院的冠心病患者进行调查。结果 :本次调查 74 4 %的冠心病患者为中度正性自我概念得分者 ,2 5 6 %为中度负性自我概念得分者。男性患者的自我概念水平高于女性 ,且有显著性差异 ,心肌梗塞型患者自我概念得分最低 ,心律失常型最高 ,两者间有显著性差异 (q =2 4 76 ,P <0 0 5 )。结论 :本次调查冠心病患者的自我概念处于中度水平 ,护理人员应重视患者的自我概念。

Objective:To explore the self-concept of coronary heart disease(CHD)patients.Methods:117 CHD patients were investigated by using Self-concept scale.Results:74.4% patients were moderate positive self-concept owners,while 25.6% patients were moderate negative self-concept owners.Male patients got the higher self-concept scores than the female patients and there were significant differences.Myocardial infraction patients got the lowest scores of the self-concept while cardiac arrhythmia patients got the highest scores and there were significant differences between them(q=2.476,P<0.05).Conclusion:CHD patients had moderate self-concepts in this investigation.Nurses should pay attention to the self-concepts of the patients.
