摘要
以Al (OH) 3 和Mg (OH) 2 为主阻燃剂 ,红磷为增效剂 ,采用原位反应增容法制备了无机非卤阻燃ABS ;并通过正交设计法探讨了引发剂、含极性基团的乙烯基单体A和单体B对阻燃ABS力学性能和阻燃性能的影响。结果表明 :与直接添加法相比 ,原位反应法显示出明显的优越性 ,采用此法制备的阻燃ABS的阻燃性能显著提高 ,力学性能明显改善 ;引发剂和单体A对阻燃ABS的阻燃性能和力学性能有较大的影响。当引发剂、单体A、单体B的质量分数分别为 1 5 %、 10 %、 2 0 %时 ,制备的阻燃ABS母粒效果最好 ;与ABS按 1∶1的质量比混合制得的非卤阻燃ABS具有最佳的综合性能。
Halogen free inorganic flame retardant acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) was prepared by in situ reactive compatibility method with Al(OH) 3 and Mg(OH) 2 as primary flame retardants and red phosphorus as synergistic agent The effects of initiator and vinyl monomers containing polar groups on the mechanical properties and flame retardant property of flame retardant ABS were investigated by means of orthogonal method The experimental results showed that comparing to directly adding halogen free inorganic flame retardant, the in situ reactive compatibility method had obviously advantage The flame retardant property of flame retardant ABS prepared by this method was markedly increased and its mechanical properties were also greatly improved Among three factors studied, initiator and vinyl monomer A containing polar groups had great influence on the mechanical properties and flame retardant property of flame retardant ABS The best masterbatch of flame retardant ABS was prepared at initiator 1 5 phr, vinyl monomer A 10 phr and vinyl monomer B 20 phr When this masterbatch was mixed with ABS at weight ratio of 1∶1, the prepared flame retardant ABS had the best properties
