摘要
目的 研究微血管密度 (microvesseldensity ,MVD)和血管内皮生长因子 (vascularendothelialgrowthfactor,VEGF)在颜面皮肤癌中的表达 ,探讨其临床意义。方法 采用SABC免疫组织化学染色方法检测 4 2例颜面皮肤癌中MVD和VEGF的表达 ,采用SPSS软件行统计分析。结果 6 9.0 5 %颜面皮肤癌组织呈VEGF阳性表达。VEGF表达阳性的颜面皮肤癌组织MVD显著高于VEGF表达阴性者。VEGF表达与肿瘤的分化程度、淋巴结转移及浸润深度密切相关 ,而与肿瘤的临床分期无关。MVD记数与肿瘤的分化程度、淋巴结转移、浸润深度及临床分期密切相关。结论 颜面皮肤癌组织VEGF表达与微血管密度有明显的相关性 ,是颜面皮肤癌主要的新生血管诱导因子之一 ,VEGF、MVD可做为反映颜面皮肤癌生物学行为的一个有效指标。
Objective To evaluate the clinical significance of microvessel density(MVD) and the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in facial skin carcinoma.Methods Immunohistochemical staining(SABC) was used to identify MVD and VEGF expression in 42 patients with facial skin carcinoma.SPSS statistical software was used in this study.Results VEGF expression was observed in 29 of 42 patients(69.05%).The microvessel count was significantly higher in the facial skin carcinoma with VEGF positive than that in the carcinoma with VEGF negative.In the clinicopathologic factors,lymph node metastasis and differentiated degree and depth of tumor invasion were significantly correlated with VEGF expression,but there was no significantly correlation among the clinicopathologic stage and VEGF positive expression.There were significantly correlation between the lymph node metastasis?differentiated degree?depth of tumor invasion?clinicopathologic stage and highter MVD count.Conclusion VEGF expression was associated with angiogenesis, VEGF was one of the main angiogenic factors for facial skin carcinoma.VEGF and MVD in facial skin carcinoma may be qualified to provide a valuable marker for a biologic behaviour of facial skin carcinoma.
