实验性大鼠腮腺腺泡细胞缺血再灌注Bcl-2、Bax的表达 被引量:1

摘要 目的 探讨Bcl- 2、Bax在实验性大鼠腮腺腺泡细胞的表达与形态学改变的关系。方法 采用颈总动脉结扎建立腮腺缺血再灌注模型 ,用光镜、免疫组化的方法 ,观察腮腺腺泡细胞形态学改变及Bcl- 2、Bax的表达变化。结果 实验组在缺血再灌注早期开始出现形态学改变 ,中期明显 ,后期渐修复。缺血时间相同时 ,随再灌注时间的延长 ,Bcl- 2与Bax的表达均先升高后降低。而再灌注时间相同 ,随缺血时间的延长 ,Bcl- 2呈先升高后降低的趋势 ;Bax在早期增高 ,中晚期无变化。结论 ①实验性缺血再灌注大鼠腮腺腺泡细胞有形态学改变。②Bcl- 2主要在腺泡上皮细胞内表达 ,早期表达升高 ,不是影响腺泡细胞形态变化的主要因素。③Bax表达随缺血时间延长而增加 ,可能是促进缺血性损伤的因素之一。 Objective To observe the expression of Bcl-2 Bax in experimental ischemia and reperfusion in rat parotid acinar cells and to investigate the relation of the expression and morphological changes.Methods The rat's neck artery was tied to establish the model.The morphological changes of parotid acinar cells and the expression of Bcl-2 and Bax were observed by using light microscope and immunohistochemical method.Results In the earlier period of parotid glands injured of ischemia and reperfusion,they underwent morphological changes.It became obvious in middle phase.The parotid glands of experimental group underwent repair at the last period.When the ischeme time was same,the expression of both Bcl-2 and Bax increased at first,then decreased as the reperfusion time prolonged.In addion,the expresion of Bcl-2 increased at first,then decreased as the same reperfusion time with the ischemia time prolongs.The expression of Bax increased at first,then it stated at the nomal level.Conclusion ①There were some morphological changes of parotid acinar cells in experimental reperfusion after ischemia.②Bcl-2 expressed mainly in acinar cells.The increasing of the expression of Bcl-2 in the early period was not the main influencing factor resulted in the morphological changes of acinar cells.③The expression of Bax increased with the reperfusion time prolonged.
