埋置皮下的猪去表皮皮瓣部分的表皮样囊肿

Epidermoid cysts from buried de-epithelialized flap part of pigs

目的 了解埋置于组织中去表皮皮瓣部分表皮样囊肿的发生和转归。方法 12侧猪颈阔肌肌皮瓣转移修复口腔缺损 ,皮瓣穿越皮下组织中的部分剃除表皮。定期切取埋置皮下的皮瓣标本 ,制作光镜和电镜切片。结果 术后 2个月及 3个月发现 5个表皮样囊肿的形成 ,含有毛发和角质 ,其中 2个囊肿有大量炎性细胞浸润。结论 来源于埋置皮下去表皮皮瓣毛囊的表皮样囊肿 ,可被机体防御系统所吞噬。

Objective To investigate the development and prognosis of epidermoid cyst from buried de-epithelialized flap part.Methods Twelve pieces of pig platysma flaps were transfered for intraoral restoration, and the buried part of the flaps de-epithelialized.Biopsy was taken from the buried de-epithelialized flap part,light microscope and electron microscope sections were made.Results Five epidermoid cysts were found 2 and 3 months postoperatively,containing hair and keratin.Two out of five cysts were infiltrated by inflamatory cells.Conclusion Epidermoid cysts may develop from buried deepithelialized flap part,and most of them may be destroied by body defence system.
