摘要
目的 对前牙玻璃纤维强化复合树脂粘结桥的力学性能进行初步的探讨。方法 通过预制铜制标准模型 ,保证固位翼三维恒定的情况下 ,以Sinfony复合树脂制作不加纤维和加纤维的上中切牙粘结桥共 2 6例 ,在37± 1℃的蒸馏水中保存 10天后 ,在万能力学试验机上分别从切端顺牙长轴方向和舌侧垂直于牙长轴方向以1mm/min的速度加压 ,得出折裂力值。结果 由切端顺牙长轴方向垂直加力时 ,经纤维强化的粘结桥的折裂力值较未经强化的粘结桥的折裂力值出现了显著的提高 ,达到 4 97.4± 90 .3N ;舌侧垂直加力时 ,两组的折裂力值无显著性差别。结论 前牙玻璃纤维强化复合树脂粘结桥承受轴向力的能力显著增强 。
Objective To make an initial research of mechanical properties of anterior glass fiber reinforced composite resin-bonded-fixed-partial dentures (AGFRC-RBFPD).Methods A total of 26 incisors RBFPDs of Sinfony composite resins were made with or without glass fibers (GF) in a prefabricated standard copper-mould.The retainers had constant dimensions,length,width and thickness.After 10 days preserved in 37±1℃ distilled water,specimens were subjected to a static load at a speed of 1mm/min in the direction of the long axis of the pontic or at an angle of 90 degrees, and fracture strengths were measured.Results When loaded in the direction of the long axis of the pontic,fracture strengths of RBFPDs reinforced by GF significantly increased with values of 497.4 ± 90.3N ;when loaded at an angle of 90 degrees,the fracture strengths of RBFPDs were not different between specimens with GF and those without GF.Conclusion For AGFRC-RBFPDs,resistant ability to an axial load is significantly improved.The mechanical strength can meet the demand of normal masticatory function in the incisor area.
