全瓷桩核的初步临床比较研究

The comparing study on full ceramic posts between metal post in clinic

目的 比较全瓷桩核与金属桩核的临床适应证与修复效果。方法 分别制作全瓷桩核 +铸造全瓷冠、桥 ,金属桩核 +金属烤瓷冠、桥 ,天然牙 +铸造全瓷冠、桥各 5 0个 ,比较三者的适应范围 ,用Shadeeye电脑比色仪测定、比较三者的Shade值 ,临床复查修复体的颜色、松动脱落与折裂折断情况。结果 全瓷桩核 +铸造全瓷冠桥与金属桩核修 +金属烤瓷冠桥在颜色上有差异 ,与天然牙 +全瓷冠桥无差异 ;全瓷桩核的折断率与金属桩核无统计学差异 ,但全瓷桩核在临床上有严格的适应证。

Objective To investigate the difference of indication and effect of Cosmopost ceramic post between metal post in clinic.Methods Forty-five pieces full ceramic crowns and 5 bridges were made for 53 pieces full ceramic posts that had been made by Cosmopost.Forty-five pieces fused-metal-poceliain crowns and 5 bridges for 53 pieces metal posts had been made by Ni-Co alloy.Forty-five pieces full ceramic crowns and 5 bridges were made for natural teeth,150 pieces full ceramic crowns and bridges were made for 108 patients,the colors and broken of all restorations were checked in clinic,the colors of three groups were compared by Shade eye computer shade guide machine.Results Full ceramic crowns and bridges for ceramic posts were better than Fused-Metal-porcelain crowns and bridges for metal posts in colors significantly(P< 0.001 ),full ceramic crowns and bridges for ceramic posts were similar to full ceramic crowns and bridges for natural teeth(P> 0.05 ),the fracture rate was no significantly different between ceramic posts and metal posts(P> 0.05 ),but the indications of three groups were different.Conclusion Cosmopost ceramic posts can be used in clinic,but the full ceramic post has smaller indications than metal post.
