摘要
三峡水轮发电机定子线圈采用直接水冷,当出现断水故障时,线圈温度就会上升,危及发电机安全;因此必须降低发电机负荷或尽快解列停机,这就需要对发电机断水后线圈温度变化过程进行分析计算,合理确定发电机在断水状态下的运行能力。本文讨论了计算定子线圈在突然断水后温度变化过程的原理,介绍了简单单元法、双单元热路和多单元热网络等三种分析方法,并且对三峡发电机的断水运行能力作了初步计算,可供有关人员参考。
Three Gorges hydro generator stator coil is cooled with water.In the event of lose of cooling water flow,stator coil temperature will increase,and might be dangerous for generator safety.In this case the generator should be tripped after a short delay,or reduce the load immediately.The analysis was made to calculate the transient temperature during lose of cooling water,and determine the no-water capacity of generator for its safe operation. It describes the principle and methods for analysis of transient temperature,and make a calculation for SanXia generator in the event of lose of cooling water flow.It can be used for a reference for power plant engineers.
