摘要
633B发酵液经乙酸乙酯提取,硅胶柱层析分离,以及硅胶薄层层析纯化,得633B纯品。其分子式为C_(11)H_(14)O_6,紫外光谱仅有一个吸收峰λ_(max)252nm(乙醇)。经系统检索在已知天然抗生素中未发现有相同者,因而是一种新抗生素。
Based on extraction of organic solvents and chromatography on silica gel, a new antibiotic 633B with a formula of C_(11)H_(14)O_6was isolated from the fermentation broth of Streptomyces reseoflavus subsp. hangzhouensis n. subsp.. Its UV λ_(max)is 252 nm.
