急性有机磷中毒患者胆碱酯酶与心肌酶的动态变化

Dynamic Variation of Acetylcholinesterase and Serum Myocardial Enzymogram in Patients with Acute Drganopho Sphorus Pesticide

目的 探讨急性有机磷农药中毒 (AOPP)患者血清心肌酶谱变化与胆碱酯酶的关系。方法 测定 89例AOPP患者及 50例正常健康对照组血清磷酸肌酸激酶 (CK)、磷酸肌酸激酶同工酶 (CK -MB)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、α -羟丁酸脱氢酶 (α -HBDH)及胆碱酯酶 (CHE)含量的变化。结果 AOPP患者血清心肌酶与对照组比较均有不同程度升高 ,且中毒程度越重 ,胆碱酯酶活性越低 ,心肌酶升高越明显。心肌酶在中毒后第 3天升高最明显 ,而胆碱酯酶在第 1天为最低 ,此后逐渐上升。结论 动态观察AOPP患者血清心肌酶谱变化有助于对中毒程度的判断 。

ObjectiveTo investigate the relationship of variation of a cetyl cholinesterase (ACHE)and serum myocardial enzymogram in patients with acut e organopho sphorus pesticide (AOPP).MethodsTo measure the variat ions of CK?CK-MB?LDH?α-HBDH and CHE of 89 cases with AOPP and 50 cases with out AOPP.ResultsCompare with the healthy people group,there were various severity increases by serum myocardial enzymogram in patients with AOPP . The more severe with AOPP, the lower active ACHE was,and the higher serum myoca rdial enzymogram was.The serum myocardial enzymogram was increased apparently in the third day after AOPP. Yet the AchE was the lowest in the first day and t hen increased day by day.ConclusionDynamic observasion the variati on of serum myocardial enzymogram can effective judge toxic severity.It has imp ortant significance in prognosis of patients with AOPP.
