肘管综合征临床分析

Management of cubital tunnel syndrome in 42 cases

目的 探讨肘管综合征的病因、治疗方法和手术疗效。方法 对 1994-2 0 0 1年期间 42例肘管综合征的病因、症状体征和治疗方法进行分析。结果 术后随访 1-4年 ,感觉运动完全恢复或接近正常 3 2例 ,部分恢复 6例 ,无恢复 4例。优良率 76.2 %。结论 肘管综合征的诊断确立后应早期手术治疗 ;术中应微创操作 ,避免尺神经节段性缺血损伤 ;因致病因素不同故手术方法应慎重选择 。

ObjectiveTo discuss the etiology an d surgi cal treatment of cubital tunnel syndrome.Methods42 cases with cubital tunnel syndrome treated from 1994 to 2001 were followed up.The eti ology,syndrome and signs,intraoperative findings and surgical management of thes e cases were analyzed.ResultsComplete restoration of sen sation and motor function was observed in 32 cases,portion of the function was r estored in 6 cases,no restoration in 4 cases.32 cases(76.2%) showed excellent or good results.ConclusionThe patients with cubital tunnel syndrome should be operated upon as soon as the diagnosis is made,and the intra operative microtrauma technique is supposed to adopted to avoid the ischemic le sion of ulnar nerve.Based on the different factors of lesion in different cases ,the concret management should be deliberative and different.
