桑树夏秋叶产量因素的遗传分析

摘要 本研究通过遗传力的估算和相关关系及通径系数的分析,探讨了影响桑树夏秋叶产量的因素,结果表明,各性状的广义遗传力:节间密度>片叶重>单株有效条数>产叶量;各性状的基因型效应对夏秋期产叶量的相对重要性是:片叶重>单株有效条数>节间密度;各性状的环境效应对产叶量的相对重要性为单株有效条数>片叶重>节间密度。从而显示了构成桑树夏秋叶产量因素的相对重要性,为桑树的遗传育种提供了理论依据和方向。 The paper deals with factors affecting summer and autumn leaf output of mulberry through estimation of heritabilities and analysis of correlation and path coefficients. The results showed that the sequences of various traits in the wide-sence heritabilities were shortness of internod>single blade weight>effective branch number per plant>leaf yield; the order of relative importance of traits in effect of genotype on summer/autumn leaf yield was single blade weight>effective branch number per plant>shortness of internode; the effect of environment on the leaf output was effective branch number>single blade weight>shortness of internode. The relative importance of factors constituting of summer and autumn leaf output has been found out, which provide theoretical basis for mulberry breeding.
