摘要
自组织理论主要研究自组织系统形成和发展机制问题,系统的开放性、非线性、远离平衡态和涨落是形成自组织的重要条件。而学校管理系统比较明显的具有自组织特性。自组织理论对学校管理具有重要启示:建立自组织和他组织相结合的学校管理系统;使学校管理系统成为耗散结构系统;有效地利用涨落使学校管理达到有序;充分利用协同和竞争使学校管理成为自组织过程。
The self-organizing theory studies chiefly the formation and development of self-organizing system.The important conditions of forming self-organization are the openness,non-linearity,non-equilibrium state and fluctuation of this system which school management system has.The self-organizing theory has important enlightenment on school management, which includes:setting up school management system combining the self-organizing with the organized;improving school management system to be a dissipative structure system;taking advantage of fluctuation to make school management in order ;making school management become self-organizing process by coordination and competition.
