摘要
目的 :探讨针刺对坐骨神经根压迫模型大鼠脑干、下丘脑 β -内啡肽 (β -EP)水平的影响。方法 :以RIA法检测电针组、手针组、对照组坐骨神经根压迫模型大鼠不同时间点 β -EP水平的变化。结果 :电针组 β -EP水平的变化呈抛物线形 ,手针组及模型对照组呈斜线上升形 ,正常组呈直线形 ,各组之间以电针组 β -EP水平的变化明显 ,反映出良性调节作用。结论 :电针在镇痛、调节应激反应、促进神经根损伤的修复等方面有明显的良性调节作用。
Objective:To discuss the influence of acupuncture on β-endorphin levels in brain stem and hypothalamus of rats with sciatic nerve compressed.Method:β-Ep was determined by RIA method.Results:The changes of β-Ep in electro-acupuncture groups took the shape of parabola,acupuncture and model group took the shape of rising obique line and normal group was straight line.the change of β-Ep in electro-acupuncture group was the most obvious,which reflected the benign regulation.Conclusion:Electro-acupuncture can benignly regulate the level of β-Ep.
